My Inspiration:
Over the last 20 years, I have worked with excellent Teams and Amazing People in the corporate world. During this time, I have gained insight into how to do business and execute.
I am a person who loves to help people win their dreams. I have been successful making investments over three of the toughest states Michigan, Illinois, and now Georgia. My aspirations are to enrich one community at a time.

Why:
Every individual has a story, and my expertise is to bring that story out. Sometimes in life, people are worried about making an impact because of limitations or exposure. Over the last 20 years, my passion has been to turn doubt and fear into courage and action.
My experiences with coaching NBA-level players, aspiring leaders, business leaders, friends, and family have allowed me to become an advocate for people and their personal development and growth.
I have focused on putting my experiences into curriculum, certifications, and the right credentials to handle all levels of helping people grow and reach their dreams. As a result, I now have a collaboration of field experience and network to support others in planning for their future.
Positive Impact & Influence
Isiah Livers: Star Baseball Player in Kalamazoo, Michigan. I helped him and his family to identify his love for basketball as his number one passion over Baseball. Isaiah had star power written all over him in basketball.
Now he's Playing with Detroit Pistons after winning Michigan Mr. Basketball and being a star player for the University of Michigan basketball team.
He and his family were no longer allowing Isaiah to play youth travel basketball because so many teams in his past did not show him his purpose in basketball other than his physical ability. They saw the physical star but did not know how to develop and showcase his true talents and uncover the inner star.
We will forever be family for this experience. I helped him to unlock the key to freedom and fun.
Michigan Mustangs: This was one of my most impactful implementations of influence. Adidas sponsored our program for travel, gear, and support to make it easier for your to achieve your goals to play in front of college coaches.
I held roles of recruiting talent and coaching high-level talent. This is when I developed a true passion for helping people reach their dreams and goals.
The challenge that keep me going in this was bringing high-level talent together, identifying skills, strengths, and weaknesses, and creating an environment for people to be free and win!
Our Programs goal became recruiting high-level talent to beat local talent to win national championships and earning scholarships for every kid in the program. I changed the landscape and culture of Club Basektball.
